Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems; preferred exposure to IATF 16949 or AS9100.
• Lead Auditor experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and improve elements of the QMS.
• Administer and improve the Supplier Quality program and audit suppliers.
• Lead change management and host review meetings.
• Manage internal audit program and provide training on QMS topics.
• Guide personnel on risk management, FMEA, documentation, and corrective actions.
• Lead problem solving, process mapping and continuous improvement activities.
• Write and improve documented QMS procedures.
• Prepare quality materials for audits, reviews and customer/vendor visits.
• Plan for external registrar audits and host auditors.
• Support company initiatives and perform other duties.
