Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist and perform testing of basic level tasks to ensure software changes meet design specifications and total quality management standards.
• Research, test and report results of testing scenarios.
• Write release notes and new system enhancement documentation.
• Participate in design teams regarding product enhancements.
• Test system documentation and suggest edits/enhancements.
• Communicate with developers and software engineers on product issues.
