NeoGenomics Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QA team for Lab Platforms, driving automation-first quality engineering within a regulated clinical laboratory.

You will oversee onsite and offshore engineers and ensure release readiness and coverage for critical-path tests. The role combines test architecture, CI/CD quality gates in TeamCity, and data strategy, with travel up to 25% and a focus on HL7/ASTM/FHIR interfaces and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in software QA or quality engineering with 4+ years in automated test frameworks.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own Lab Platforms automated test architecture across UI, API, database, and interfaces.
• Convert manual regression into automated suites with targets for coverage and timing.
• Embed automated gates in CI/CD (TeamCity) and manage test data strategy.
• Govern test assets as production code with HIPAA-compliant data strategy.
• Automate validation traceability for computer system validation and 21 CFR Part 11.
• Automate testing across HL7/ASTM/FHIR, REST, and data warehouse feeds.
• Manage onsite and offshore QA automation teams, coach testers, and hire.
• Publish quality metrics and oversee release go/no-go decisions.
