Job summary

Tyndale Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead the QA team and ensure the reliability of Tyndale’s custom-developed applications.

You will oversee manual and automated testing, release validation, and defect triage while coaching team members through the full software development lifecycle. The role collaborates with Development and Infrastructure to strengthen testing practices and improve release reliability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in software development and/or software quality assurance.
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience - leading IT staff.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience overseeing or working with both manual and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day QA team workflow, testing activities, and release coordination.
• Coach, train, and develop QA staff with clear expectations and timely feedback.
• Plan and oversee manual and automated testing to ensure quality before release.
• Coordinate release validation and triage defects with Development or IT Ops.
