Job summary

Kane Partners LLC is seeking a hands-on QA Engineer to ensure quality and reliability across connected systems. You will perform comprehensive testing across mobile, web, and backend services, investigate defects, and contribute to test automation efforts.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve release readiness, monitor quality metrics, and ensure robust software performance in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on QA and testing across mobile/web/back-end systems.
• Knowledge of functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira and analyzing logs.
• Working knowledge of Linux environments and test automation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, regression, and acceptance testing across mobile apps, web apps, backend services, and third-party integrations.
• Investigate defects, analyze application and server logs, and help identify root causes.
• Develop, maintain, and execute test cases and validation plans.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and contribute to automation efforts.
• Monitor quality metrics, defect trends, and test coverage to support release readiness.
• Collaborate with development, product, and delivery teams to resolve issues and continuously improve software quality.
