Job summary

Pride Health is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to support a medical facility in Omaha, NE with a hybrid work setup. The contractor will design, build, and maintain automation frameworks for .NET web applications, implement API validation, and integrate tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of QA experience and hands-on expertise with Playwright, Selenium, SQL, and scripting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of software Quality Assurance experience
• Experience building automation frameworks for .NET web applications
• Hands-on experience with Playwright and Selenium
• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Agile methodologies
• Experience with Azure DevOps and FreshService
• Proficiency with Postman for API testing
• Strong SQL skills with experience validating data in Azure SQL
• Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Python scripting
• Experience with JMeter for performance/load testing
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Playwright and Selenium
• Build and execute automated regression, functional, integration, and system test suites
• Integrate automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Execute manual and automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects
• Document software defects in FreshService and Azure DevOps with detailed reproduction steps and supporting evidence
• Perform SQL-based data validation and database testing on Azure SQL
• Execute performance and load testing using JMeter
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release validation
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UI/UX teams to validate features and bug fixes
