Job summary

MediDrive, LLC seeks a Public Transit Coordinator to support the Colorado NEMT program by integrating public transit options and coordinating with regional authorities. This role helps promote safe, cost-effective transit for eligible members when clinically appropriate.

The position requires collaboration with clinical teams, case managers, and transit agencies, plus monitoring KPIs and reporting to leadership. A hybrid schedule and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in transportation coordination or related fields.
• Hybrid Denver, CO office with some in-person work required.
• Experience with NEMT, Medicaid transportation, or public transit preferred.
• Knowledge of Colorado transit systems and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with local and regional transit authorities to integrate transit options into the NEMT program.
• Develop strategies to increase appropriate utilization of public transit, including fixed-route services.
• Assist members in understanding and navigating transit systems, routes and schedules.
• Coordinate transit passes and fare programs in alignment with requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports on transit utilization and program performance.
