Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing and managing the organization’s compliance program.
• Advising senior management on applicable federal and state requirements.
• Drafting, revising, and implementing policies to enhance compliance.
• Monitoring adherence to requirements and reporting on compliance status.
• Collaborating with HR and business units on compliance guidance and risk management.
• Coordinating with system policies and procedures related to appeals.
