This role strengthens governance, manages enterprise compliance, and advises leadership on evolving rules across the organization.

As Compliance Attorney, you will work collaboratively to ensure MainePERS operates with accountability and stewardship while supporting our mission of delivering

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to public pension plans.
• 3–5 years’ experience in regulatory, tax or legal compliance.
• Licensed to practice in Maine or able to become licensed within 6 months of hire.
