Qualifications
Current Licensed Physical Therapist in New York State.
Completed state regulated CEU requirement in NYS.
BLS certification required.
Responsibilities
Evaluate, assess progress and provide plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload.
Ensure a world-class level of clinical care and patient experience.
Document all treatments in our EMR.
