Qualifications

• Licensed PT in New York State.
• Completed CEU requirement in NYS.
• BLS certified.
• Commit to a minimum of 4 visits/week.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Creative and flexible while prioritizing patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess progress, provide care plans and exercise prescriptions.
• Ensure high-level clinical care and patient experience.
• Document treatments in EMR.
• Communicate with patients and providers as needed.
