Job summary

A modern physical therapy provider in New York is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to deliver high-value care through both in-home and virtual sessions. In this role, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule and take ownership of patient care while earning competitive pay. You will be required to evaluate and document patient treatment plans while ensuring an excellent experience. New graduates are welcome to apply, and candidates must hold a current New York State license and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in New York State to practice as a Physical Therapist.

• Commit to a minimum of 4 visits per week.

Responsibilities
