Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in clinical, counseling, or school psychology from an APA- or CPA-accredited program.
• Predoctoral internship approved by APA or CPA, or acceptable internship for PA licensure.
• Current, unrestricted Pennsylvania psychologist license; or eligibility to obtain PA licensure; postdoctoral training pathway.
• Graduate or postdoctoral training in psychological assessment, test interpretation, clinical integration, and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Review referral information and records to define evaluation scope.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic and developmental interviews with patients and families.
• Select evidence-based assessment instruments suitable for referral question and population.
• Administer, score, and interpret measures; oversee testing and integrate findings.
• Prepare timely reports addressing referral questions with practical recommendations.
• Provide feedback to patients, families, and referral sources; discuss findings and recommendations.
• Coordinate with psychometrists and supervise delegated testing activities.
• Maintain documentation, test security, informed consent, privacy, and compliance.
