Job summary

Heart 2 Soul Counseling in York, PA is seeking a licensed psychologist to join our small, growing practice. The role centers on psychological assessment and testing, with possible opportunities for individual therapy depending on client needs.

You will conduct assessments, prepare reports and feedback, maintain PA licensure, and collaborate with our clinical team. We offer a flexible schedule with a mix of remote and in-person work and NHSC loan repayment eligibility for eligible clinicians.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
• Active, independent license to practice as a psychologist in Pennsylvania.
• Provisional or supervision-track applicants are not considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and testing for clients referred by the clinical team.
• Prepare clear, timely assessment reports and feedback for clients and referring clinicians.
• Maintain active PA licensure and required continuing education.
• Collaborate with the clinical team on referrals and client care.
• Optionally provide individual therapy, if it fits with clients’ needs.
