Job summary

Aspire Psychology, a multidisciplinary private practice in downtown Portland, seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for a full-time, hybrid role. The base salary is $140,000–$150,000 with production bonuses and potential earnings up to $177,000 annual, plus a relocation allowance for out-of-state hires.

This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule with 1 day per month to 1 day per week in the downtown Portland office and remaining time remote, plus a robust administrative team to support

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of prescriber experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Active prescribing experience within past 2 years.
• Oregon licensure or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care to adults (14+ as appropriate).
• Conduct intakes, assessments, and treatment planning.
• Manage psychiatric medications per clinical plans and standards.
• In-person care when medically necessary; maintain documentation.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and professional ethics.
• Engage in community engagement and referral development.
