Ford Motor Company is seeking a cybersecurity-focused professional for a hybrid role in Dearborn, MI. The position centers on alert triage, incident support, and improving monitoring processes for connected vehicles and cloud services.

You will collaborate with cloud, vehicle, enterprise IT, and PSOC teams to resolve security events. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 2+ years in cybersecurity, with hands-on API security and cloud security operations experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
2+ years in cybersecurity, security operations, or related field.
Experience with incident response lifecycles and security event handling.

Responsibilities

Perform daily PSOC alert triage and coordinate incidents to containment, remediation, and closure.
Investigate security events across cloud applications and embedded vehicle architectures using logs and telemetry.
Collaborate with PSOC teams globally to deliver consistent monitoring and incident-response services.
Identify friction points and provide feedback to improve detection logic, tooling, and workflows.
Coordinate with CIRT, Product Development, and Enterprise IT to execute playbooks.
