Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a detail-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based content management.
• Experience organizing proposal and marketing content and templates.
• Experience documenting and maintaining SF330 data and past performance is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the United States and pass a federal background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update proposal and marketing content, resumes, SF330 data, and past performance.
• Prepare and format proposal and marketing templates with current information.
• Ensure formatting consistency across resumes, narratives, and materials.
• Review documents for formatting, alignment, and completeness.
• Organize proposal files, manage version control, and archive materials.
• Support marketing collateral, internal communications, and social media formatting.
• Assist with graphics, data representation, and content production.
