Job summary

Pinnacle Propane, LLC is seeking a dynamic Bulk Propane Driver and Service Technician in New Mexico. The hybrid role combines driving a bobtail truck with tank installation, maintenance, and repair for residential and commercial customers. You will perform leak tests, safety inspections, and customer service, while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. A strong safety mindset and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year propane service, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, utility, or related field experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Class B CDL with Tanker Endorsement or ability to obtain.
• Hazmat Endorsement or ability to obtain.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Ability to pass DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English safely.
• Knowledge of propane equipment and piping systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver propane via bobtail truck safely and on schedule.
• Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair propane tanks and systems.
• Perform gas leak tests, pressure tests, and safety inspections.
• Complete electronic work orders and customer service reports.
• Educate customers on safe propane usage and emergency procedures.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies and procedures.
