Job summary

Together for Talent is seeking a Project Manager/Superintendent to lead the first phase of a large residential development project in Hawaii. This hybrid role combines project management and field supervision, with the opportunity to grow as the project's scope expands.

The development is forecasted to run 15 years, with potential to take on horizontal, vertical, and solar work in future phases. Early, strong performance will shape the growth of the team and opportunities ahead.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with the project owner, acting as the primary point of contact and building a collaborative, trust-based partnership.
• Manage project budget, schedule, subcontractors, materials, and workforce.
• Keep the project under budget and the civil subcontractor on schedule.
• Ensure materials arrive on site when needed.
• Coordinate with the foreman to keep the right workforce on site at the right time.
• Coordinate with other contractors on the project.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities throughout the project.
