Job summary

You will plan, execute and deliver on time, within scope and budget while coordinating stakeholders and managing risks across concurrent initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years of PM leadership, knowledge of quality assurance, software development and business analysis, and strong communication. PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale concurrent projects as PM
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience in quality control/assurance, software development and business analysis
• Strong stakeholder relationship building and expectation management
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget
• Clear, effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project, Visio & SharePoint

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of strategic projects on time, within scope and budget
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the project lifecycle
• Develop detailed project plans with resource allocation, scheduling and risk management
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and report updates to stakeholders
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and consultants as needed
• Perform post-mortems and document lessons learned
