Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a Project Manager to lead mid-sized manufacturing and installation projects in a hybrid work environment in the United States. You will report to the Manager of Project Performance and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Installation, and Supply Chain to deliver on-time, on-budget solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent project-management experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing projects up to $100K.
• Experience coordinating installation, production, engineering, and customers.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Willing to travel ~25% annually.
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate project performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage mid-sized customer projects with cross-functional delivery to meet on-time goals.
• Develop detailed project schedules and identify critical path activities.
• Monitor risks, issues, changes and advise on delivery options.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Installation, and Supply Chain.
• Communicate project status and decisions to internal teams and customers.
• Maintain budgets and support corrective actions.
• Ensure technical/project documentation aligns with requirements.
• Coordinate equipment readiness, logistics, and installation planning.
• Prepare project reports, summaries, and closeout documentation.
