Logic in Orange County, CA, seeks an experienced Project Manager to support a major utility client across an active portfolio of engineering projects. You will lead projects from planning through execution, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality across concurrent assignments.

The ideal candidate thrives in a large-scale infrastructure environment with direct field involvement and can work in a hybrid model with onsite availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, business, or technical discipline or equivalent.
• 5+ years PM experience in utility/infrastructure with field involvement (PM II) or 7+ years (PM III).
• Caltrans and environmental permitting experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, MS Project), SAP, and Primavera P6.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects for scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead utility projects from initiation through closeout, including planning, design, permits, and construction.
• Provide direction to the project team and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality targets.
• Ramp up quickly to manage multiple concurrent projects with cost accountability.
• Maintain involvement in tasks essential for project execution, from risk analysis to milestones and deliverables.
• Use project controls to forecast, analyze variances, and monitor performance against budgets.
