Qualifications

Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in market research operations, portfolio governance, and cross-functional project delivery and a proven ability to drive milestone execution, ensure compliance, and optimize processes across a project portfolio.

• Drive management and tracking to milestones.
• Align scope, objectives, and deliverables across teams.
• Create agendas and facilitate status meetings; manage attendee lists and calendar invites.
• Identify, track, and close project tasks, issues, and risks; elevate appropriately.
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and templates to expedite delivery.
• Support governance of meetings, including note taking, content development, and action tracking.
• Collaborate and communicate with Project Managers, Project Owners in multiple therapeutic areas, and third-party suppliers.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Privacy, and functional reviewers to ensure standards.
• Obtain project approvals and supplier proposals; manage releases to suppliers.
• Secure Purchase Orders by submitting in SAP after accounting details are provided; notify Project Owners upon PO receipt.
• Meet compliance by submitting requirements to suppliers; partner with reviewers to obtain approvals and issue final approval.
• Upload final deliverables to SPARK; close projects and Purchase Orders.

Senior-Level Responsibilities:

• Lead portfolio priorities, delivery governance, and team effectiveness while performing core responsibilities.
• Align project and product roadmaps, priorities, deliverables, and resources with business objectives.
• Oversee portfolio milestones, risks, dependencies, and reporting, guide issue resolution and escalation.
• Coach consultants, clarify workflows, and remove delivery barriers.
• Connect project owners, stakeholders, leadership, and suppliers to support alignment and timely decisions.
• Advance consistent governance, delivery quality, and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
