Job summary

Acushnet Company seeks a Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning and execution of golf ball product launches, including limited editions, packaging innovations, and seasonal programs. You will serve as the operational hub across Product, Marketing, Sales, Creative, Operations and external agency partners, ensuring milestones and communications stay on track.

Hybrid role in Fairhaven, MA (3 days on-site, Tue-Thu).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in consumer packaged goods or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead complex product launches in a highly matrixed environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving projects from planning through execution.
• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable workflows and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of golf ball product launches.
• Coordinate across Product, Marketing, Sales, Creative, Operations and external agencies.
• Manage timelines, milestones and stakeholder communications; drive status meetings.
• Implement standardized tools, workflows and PM best practices to boost efficiency and collaboration.
• Ensure launches are aligned, on schedule and flawlessly executed across channels.
