Cordoba Corporation is seeking Project Managers of all levels to join our Energy-Gas sector in California. The role focuses on managing utility pipeline projects from conception to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams, contracts, budgets, schedules, and compliance to deliver safe, reliable energy infrastructure.

Candidates should have Gas industry PM experience, a degree in Engineering/Business, PMP is a plus, and a proven ability to lead projects on time and within budget.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in Gas utility pipeline project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of utility pipeline design, construction, and operations, including relevant regulations and standards.
• Proven track record of managing complex pipeline projects on time and within budget.
• Analytical cost management and use of costing tools.
• Experience with project management software and scheduling tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with client requirements.
• Lead project activities, resources, and subcontractors to meet milestones.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and other documents.

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Track expenditures and ensure budgets meet financial objectives.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts for stakeholders.
• Implement QA processes and controls for compliance and quality.
