Job summary

GDH is seeking a Project Manager III to lead medium to large-scale projects through full lifecycle, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to drive objectives and outcomes.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of project management experience, with proficiency in MS Project and familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methods. A hybrid work setup is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Project or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage medium to complex projects from initiation through closure, utilizing appropriate project management methodologies.
• Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and budgets.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, resources, and vendor engagement to meet project milestones.
• Prepare and communicate project status reports, key metrics, and updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Implement change management practices aligned with organizational standards and guidelines.
• Monitor project progress, perform gap and root cause analyses, and recommend corrective actions for risk mitigation.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, group facilitation activities, and coordinate communication efforts.
• Manage project documentation, including requirements, contracts, and compliance with federal, state, or agency standards.
• Oversee and facilitate contract processes from initiation to closure.
• Ensure project activities adhere to organizational and regulatory guidelines and standards.
