Job summary

The Planet Group in Culver City, CA is seeking a Project Manager for a 6-month contract, hybrid schedule. The role involves coordinating multi-functional programs, aligning stakeholders, and driving delivery with a Fortune 500 client. The pay range is $72/hr to $76.10/hr DOE, with 40-hour weeks.

Responsibilities include shaping scope with leaders, turning ambiguous requests into concrete plans, and maintaining a centralized view of initiatives. Experience with AI tools and Airtable is preferred.

Qualifications

Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs or projects in a large organization with senior stakeholders.
Ability to turn ambiguous requests into clear recommendations, plans and outcomes.
Strong judgment, critical thinking and scope-change recommendations.

Responsibilities

Partner with Growth Operations and leaders to clarify requests, define outcomes, and recommend scope and delivery approaches.
Turn ambiguous asks into practical project briefs and plans with milestones and dependencies.
Manage cross-functional initiatives from scoping to delivery, coordinating partners and resolving issues.
Translate recommendations into actionable workstreams and drive follow-through on commitments.
Maintain a consolidated view of active initiatives and provide visibility into priorities and decisions.
