Qualifications

  • PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, CSM or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects through lifecycle from planning to implementation and transition to operations.
  • Develop and maintain project charters, plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies.
  • Monitor progress and address scope, schedule, cost, quality, or outcome issues proactively.
  • Ensure alignment with objectives, timelines, and business expectations.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to support change management, training, and adoption planning.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects that support operational improvements, business transformation initiatives, and cross-functional efforts aligned with the Associations’ strategic goals. The Project Manager partners and collaborates with business leaders and cross-functional teams to define project scope, establish key milestones, develop project timelines, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure successful execution from initiation through completion. This role facilitates communication among stakeholders, monitors project progress, resolves issues, and provides regular status updates to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and achieves the desired business outcomes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Project Management
  • Coordinate projects through lifecycle, from planning to implementation and transitioning to ongoing business operations.
  • Develop and maintain project charters, project plans, timelines, key milestones, risks, issues, dependencies.
  • Monitor project’s progress and proactively address issues that impact scope, schedule, cost, quality, or outcomes.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in alignment with agreed objectives, timelines, and business expectations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support change management, teammate readiness, communications, training, and adoption planning.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
  • Facilitate project meetings and communicate project status to team members, stakeholders and leadership.
  • Build strong relationships to enable effective collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Escalate critical concerns appropriately and facilitate risk/issue resolution across stakeholder groups.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Technology, Economics, Finance or a related field preferred.
Years of Experience
  • 6+ years of project management experience, including the ability to coordinate the work of others, build positive relationships across the organization, and provide coaching and guidance to project or program team members when needed.
Certification and Technical Requirements
  • PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent project management certification preferred.
