Job summary

Moseley Architects seeks a Project Manager for our Raleigh, NC office. You will lead design teams from concept through construction, overseeing budgets, schedules, and quality while coordinating with clients and consultants.

This role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and delivering projects on plan. As part of Moseley’s multidisciplinary practice, you’ll foster client relationships, manage multiple projects, and guide teams through design development to construction documents with a focus

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 7+ years' experience or Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years' experience.
• CPM, MCIQ, Licensed Architect preferred not required

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop project designs from conceptual sketches through construction documents.
• Manage multiple small to medium size projects, coordinating all aspects of assigned projects.
• Balance client expectations within contractual obligations, budget, and quality.
• Develop and design project schedules to meet contractual obligations and team size.
• Supervise, coordinate, and assess the work of project team members to ensure quality and progress.
• Communicate with all project participants in an effective and collaborative manner.
• Provide outreach to clients through site visits and communication.
• Foster positive professional relationships with clients and team members.
• Mentor and coach emerging professionals; participate in client presentations.
