Qualifications

• Experience in the Iowa construction industry or commercial building sector is a meaningful advantage.
• Experience with construction project estimating, plan reading, or bid preparation is important.

Responsibilities

• Source and research construction project information from public agencies and permit offices.
• Serve as a frontline resource for MBI members by phone, email, and chat.
• Proactively develop and maintain relationships with architects and engineers.
