Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in structural, civil, or related engineering.
• Three or more years of civil or structural engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration/licensure in TX or ability to attain within 6–12 months.
• Ability to lift up to 50–75 pounds on a periodic basis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships and lead project teams.
• Prepare proposals for moderate to complex projects.
• Develop and execute full project scopes and engineering reports.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Perform engineering analyses per company standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure safety compliance.
• Review analyses of building envelope components and third-party reviews.
• Support field testing including window water spray, blower door, and infrared inspections.
