Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Project Engineer II to oversee capital projects within the Process Technology ISC unit. You will ensure timely, on‑budget execution while maintaining safety and quality standards, reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, and coordinating with cross‑functional teams across multiple PT ISC locations on a Hybrid schedule.

You will manage project plans, budgets, and procurement activities, and provide economic analysis for investments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management within an industrial environment.
• 2+ years of experience with capital expenditure processes and project management methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience with project management tools and software, focusing on delivering projects on time and within budget.
• 1+ year of experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
• 1+ year analyzing project performance and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage capital expenditure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of capital projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Work with finance and site controller to provide project evaluation and economic analysis on capital investments.
• Manage the AR approval process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Forecast and manage capital expenditures monthly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
