Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management within an industrial environment.
• 2+ years with capital expenditure processes and project management methodologies.
• 3+ years using project management tools to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• 1+ year leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
• 1+ year analyzing project performance and implementing corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage capital expenditure projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Manage lifecycle of capital projects: planning to closeout.
• Provide project evaluation and economic analysis with finance and site controller.
• Lead the approval process for Capital Investments and ARs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and contractors to meet objectives.
• Monitor risks and mitigation strategies.
• Forecast and manage CAPEX monthly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
