Responsibilities

• Coordinate utility applications and service installations (electric, water, sewer, gas, telecom).
• Manage follow-up activities to ensure timely approvals, scheduling, and activation before openings.
• Coordinate franchise utility accounts setup and assist with service transfers as needed.
• Coordinate signage coordination and installation scheduling with vendors and approvals.
• Coordinate equipment ordering, delivery scheduling, and installation timelines.
• Maintain Development Tracker and ensure milestones and reporting are current.
