Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in project coordination or construction administration.
• Experience in commercial construction or related fields preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and document-management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pricing, orders, lead times, and delivery requirements with manufacturers and vendors.
• Schedule material deliveries with project managers, warehouse staff, and field crews.
• Maintain project information in Norcon’s database and track actions and approvals.
• Assist with installation scheduling and coordinating between field personnel and stakeholders.
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, architects, and the project team.
• Support warehouse organization and inventory coordination during warehouse-office work.
