Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting project lifecycle and strong interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Construction Management disciplines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall schedule management process, providing work direction to team members while also performing own responsibilities.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of scheduling professionals, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Mentor team members and facilitate their professional development.
• Ensure schedule management processes, procedures, and guidelines are maintained, standardized, and consistently adhered to.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of sound, CPM logic based, quantity loaded project schedules used to manage workflow across the project life cycle.
• Develop, maintain, coordinate, and review various metrics, dashboards, reports and deliverables used to evaluate and measure schedule, project, and program performance.
• Lead and participate in initiatives for process improvement
• Support recruiting/hiring process as needed
