Job summary

Paycom in Westminster, CO is seeking a registered architect to lead and deliver contract documents and key project deliverables under the guidance of Principal Architects.

You will lead design from pre-design through project life cycle, coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, and provide Construction Administration across multiple projects.

The role requires Colorado registration, strong communication, and high proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD, with ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Lead and deliver contract documents and project deliverables.
• Lead design projects from pre-design through project life cycle.
• Hybrid (remote/wfh/in-office) project teams coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and public entities to meet timelines and budget.
• Provide Construction Administration services.
