Job summary

Paycom in Raleigh, NC seeks a licensed Architect to lead production of contract documents and deliverables under Principal Architects and to provide Construction Administration services.

You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with clients and consultants, and serve as Architect of Record. Hybrid work environment with travel as needed; NC licensure and strong REVIT/AutoCAD skills required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect in North Carolina.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD.
• Experience with permit review and NC codes.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and generate production of contract documents under Principal Architects.
• Assist with bidding and contractor solicitation.
• Monitor and maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Provide Construction Administration services.
• Lead design projects from pre-design through life cycle.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and public entities.
• Serve as Architect of Record.
• Manage hybrid project teams including subconsultants.
• Travel may be required.
