Job summary

Stanford Health Care is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Stanford Hospital and Clinics organization. You will manage project schedules, coordinate activities, and ensure documentation is complete.

You will also assist in HR processes, onboarding, and training alignment with HealthStream requirements. The role emphasizes department leadership, inventory oversight, and effective communication to maintain high-quality service with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience interacting with clients, customers and/or patients in a complex environment.
• Extensive knowledge of hospital/clinic operations and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages reporting and ensures company resources are used effectively; coordinates project schedules.
• Leads individual projects, presents results and facilitates workshops and meetings.
• Provides administrative leadership across SHC processes and paperwork flow.
• Coordinates hiring processes and orientation; supports department training and HealthStream compliance.
• Oversees supplies allocation and periodic inventory reviews; reports cost management.
• Manages events and coordinates cross-department requests to ensure timely quality work.
• Prepares and maintains accurate file systems and supports time-management driven work plans.
