Job summary

Georgetown University, through the Earth Commons Institute, seeks an Associate Director of Program Outreach to lead strategy, recruitment, and student outreach for Environment & Sustainability programs. You will connect with prospective students, develop campaigns, and coordinate with campus partners to create consistent, impactful messaging and materials.

You will oversee events, digital content, and promotional materials while partnering with communications staff and faculty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent recruitment experience.
• 6+ years in outreach or recruitment, preferably in higher education.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in CRM systems; Slate experience preferred.
• Passion for environment and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, recruitment, and student outreach for Earth Commons programs.
• Develop and execute campaigns to prospective student audiences.
• Coordinate external awareness campaigns with campus partners.
• Develop collateral, manage recruitment events, and digital content.
• Collaborate with communications staff and faculty to leverage materials.
• Travel for recruitment events as needed.
