Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• MBA or related graduate coursework is preferred but not required.
• Three or more years of program management, project management, operations, or engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, tracking, coordination, and reporting for key programs with annual revenues of $15M-$50M.
• Act as focal point for customer interactions and technical coordination, updating management on progress and schedules.
• Translate contractual commitments into detailed work plans with cross-functional teams to develop and launch products.
• Lead changes through Change Board processes and oversee NPI/qualification efforts across product lines.
• Develop estimates to complete, monthly revenue forecasts, and support strategic planning and S&OP.
