Job summary

Temple University’s Leadership & Career Studies program seeks a Program Manager to oversee strategic direction and daily operations. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure adherence to waiver regulations, while promoting person-centered planning and program quality.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 4+ years of related experience in higher education, special education, or disability services.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience with program administration and compliance in education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and day-to-day administration of the L&CS program.
• Ensure compliance with county, state, and Pennsylvania waiver system regulations.
• Lead multidisciplinary team and support professional growth.
• Champion person-centered planning and monitor Quality Plans for the ODP.
• Manage billing compliance and maintain accurate program data and documentation.
• Coordinate student recruitment, enrollment, and interview/event activities.
