Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Proven record of success in previous projects.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages the plan surrounding project/program engagements with interdependencies and risks.
• Sets realistic goals and develops strategies to achieve them.
• Documents communications, risks, and issues thoroughly and professionally.
• Measures project performance and identifies improvement areas.
• Provides status reporting tailored to audiences and uses best practices throughout execution.
• Mentors new project management staff and helps develop department processes.
