Job summary

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of program/project management experience required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• No licensure or certification required.

Responsibilities

• Analyses and resolves complex issues to maximize efficiency; ensures proper internal controls and safeguards assets, and complies with internal/external regulations.
• Works with peers to identify improvements, implements standardized processes with minimal disruption to patient care and administrative activities.
• Provides analytical and strategic support, develops business plans and recommends opportunities for improvement.
• Plan, coordinate and administer activities of the assigned program, developing procedures, processes, services and systems.
• Interface with UNC Health Care entities and communicate strategies, eliciting support and assisting implementation.
