Job summary

Tenet3 in Dayton, OH seeks a Program Manager / Project Planner for a Hybrid role guiding government contracts across digital engineering, software sustainment, modernization, and migration programs. You will ensure contract compliance, budget adherence, and timely delivery while coordinating with stakeholders.

The role emphasizes building spend plans, tracking labor allocations, managing Unanet configurations, and leading PMRs/CDRLs.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance preferred (or ability to obtain)
• 7+ years in government contracting project planning, program management, or project controls
• Advanced proficiency in building quantitative spreadsheet models for EAC forecasting, labor allocation, burn-down tracking
• Hands-on proficiency managing project setups, time-charging, and labor tracking in Unanet
• Deep understanding of FFP, T&M, and CPFF contracts
• Proven experience leading PMRs and end-to-end CDRL deliverables
• Ability to translate complex contract mechanics into actionable leadership updates

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and analyze dynamic financial models for spend plans and forecasts
• Compute EAC metrics and identify cost/schedule variances
• Manage Unanet configurations and labor tracking for compliance
• Lead PMRs with executive briefings and cost/schedule analysis
• Oversee CDRL lifecycle and ensure on-time submissions
• Interface with government offices, CORs/COTRs, and subcontractors
• Provide direction to matrixed technical leads without direct line management
• Refactor legacy planning tools to improve reporting accuracy
