You will manage outreach, communications, social media, and web content; promote research and activities; build research communities; plan events; and support program administration for both groups.

The role is based on Northwestern's Evanston campus with some remote work possible; duration is up to 2 years with potential extension depending on funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 1 year of program/project administration or similar experience.
• Experience with event planning, community management, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Manages day to day operations for CDSC and HCI+D programs.
• Maintains program databases, analyzes data, and prepares reports.
• Develops marketing, recruitment, and outreach materials.
• Coordinates events, workshops, and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Supports program development and strategic planning across departments.
