Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting federal programs in program control, contract administration, or financial analysis roles.
• Experience with CLIN structures, FFP, and T&M contracts.
• Experience with financial tracking, burn rate analysis, and forecasting.
• Understanding of federal acquisition lifecycle processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administrate and track CLINs, funding allocations, ceilings, and modifications.
• Monitor burn rates, funding balances, and financial performance across task areas.
• Analyze contract types: FFP, T&M, and hybrid structures.
• Support contract modification documentation and funding realignment activities.
• Assist in development and tracking of program budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, and performance dashboards for leadership.
• Support initiation of SOW inputs, IGCE development, and requirements documentation.
• Ensure alignment between labor execution, scope, and funding.
• Track deliverables, milestones, and compliance across the program lifecycle.
• Identify financial/contractual risks and support mitigation; coordinate across teams.
• Use Smartsheet, Excel, and reporting tools to manage workflows.
