Job summary

Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems, Inc. in Farmington Hills, MI, is seeking a Program Analyst II to support Stellantis Vehicle Lines. The role blends in-office and off-site work, with at least four days in the office weekly and flexibility for remote tasks.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in automotive wiring processes and some program management experience, plus strong organizational and Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3–5 years’ automotive wire harness/automotive experience.
• Some level of Program Management experience.
• Good organizational and communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile cost matrix against CN’s; update CMM with cost matrix information.
• Maintain Master Production Plans (MPP), hold CFT meetings, and coordinate program evidence.
• Maintain Change Management Matrix (CMM), hold timing meetings, and coordinate dates aligning with change timing for each program.
• Assist Program Manager with miscellaneous tasks, lead internal meetings when needed, and manage documents/tracking tools (e.g., Smart Sheets, Balance Out Tracking, Alert/IAA Tracking).
