Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or design is required.
• 7–10 years progressive engineering experience.
• Experience with North American OEMs and USCAR standards.
• Experience with manufacturing processes.
• Experience in development roles including engineering and design.

Responsibilities

• Develop timelines with input from the customer and internal teams to meet deliveries.
• Manage program budgets for each assigned project and track expenditures.
• Attend customer meetings, including onsite meetings.
• Interface between manufacturing groups and track project status.
• Collaborate with SEWS Wire Harness group to pursue new opportunities.
• Coordinate PPAP release with Manufacturing and Production Control.
• Lead communication with customers to identify root causes and countermeasures for quality issues.
