Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production to minimize deferred production and reduce operating expenses.
• Witness teardown of failed artificial lift equipment and work with vendors to improve designs.
• Identify root causes of failures and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain equipment design and selection models using well history and environment.
• Utilize XSPOC software to identify wells needing intervention and optimization.
